With over 4 million square feet of growing space across four facilities, Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. has entrusted Horti-tech Controls to help them with their control needs since 2018. We are proud to say that we have successfully implemented controls in 1.5 million out of their 4 million square feet of growing areas helping them maintain proper climate, irrigation, and nutrient delivery for their annual potted plants, tropicals, indoor florals and cut flowers that they distribute to their retail partners.

Westfolia Greenhouses Inc, this half million square feet production facility needed a robust system to help them manage the climate, irrigation, and nutrient delivery. The Argus Titan System we provided is being used from boiler monitoring, flood irrigation/boom, climate management, and shading systems to help maintain optimal climate conditions for the plants.

University of Victoria Research Facility, focused on forest biology and physiology they require state of the art monitoring and controls for their research projects. We are delighted to assist in the replacement of their twenty-three year old system with a new Argus Titan system. Additionally, we will be integrating the new Titan system to the existing Conviron research chambers.

Kwantlen University Institute For Sustainable Horticulture, we are very excited to work with KPU-ISH facility and assist them with the procurement and installation of a Paskal drain station. This unit allows for the monitoring of the watering timing, quantity, EC, and drain volume. With these parameters they will be able to precisely water their plants, reducing overwatering and hence reducing the cost for fertilizers.
